The Finishing Touch to Your Day

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the ordering process work?
Our process is simple:
-
Email us with your requirements - for example - Card size, shoot name, number of guns, bag list and any other information you would like included.
-
We create a design based on your brief - we DO NOT charge a design fee. The only cost you pay is for the items you order and p&p.
-
You receive a proof to review and approve via email. Any changes required can be made at this point until you are happy with a final design.
-
Once approved and paid for, your cards are printed and dispatched.
What can be included on a shoot card?
You can include any wording you require. Most clients choose to include:
-
Shoot Name
-
Date and location
-
List of guns/names
-
Bag/Quarry list
-
Safety instuctions
We are happy to advise on wording if needed.
Can I personalise the design and wording?
Yes — all of our shoot cards and peg signs are bespoke. You can personalise the wording, layout, and overall style. We can also incorporate shoot names, estate details, or logos where required.
Do you offer completely bespoke designs?
Yes. In addition to our existing templates that you can choose from, we can create entirely bespoke designs tailored to your shoot or event. This is particularly popular for estates or clients looking for something unique.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes — you will always receive a proof before anything is printed. This allows you to check all details and request any changes.
How long does the process take?
Timings can vary depending on the design, but typically:
-
Initial proof: 1-2 days after receiving your brief.
-
Printing and delivery of shoot cards: usually within 2-4 days of your design approval and full payment being received.
-
Printing and delivery of peg signs: these take a little longer then our shoot cards, typically 7-10 days of your design approval and full payment being received.
We recommend ordering in advance of the shoot season to allow plenty of time.
Is there a minimum order?
No, we have no minimum order on any of our shoot cards or peg signs.
Do you offer bulk?
We are able to do bulk orders however, on our shoot cards we don't offer any bulk discounts. We believe in offereing our best possible price from the outset rather than putting prices up and then offering a discount after. This also means that regardless of your shoot size, you still get our best prices.
On our peg signs the prices are cheaper the more you have. This is due to a different printing process meaning the more we print in one run, the less wastage we have and then the lower the costs are for printing so we can pass this on.
What paper and finishes do you use?
We use high-quality card stock to ensure a traditional and premium feel. We have white and ivory cards available and both colours can be in either a smooth or hammered finish. These are all available in either a folded 3x4 inch or folded 6x4 inch size.
Our peg signs are all printed onto premium polypropylene that are designed for outdoor use. These are currently only available in white.
Do the cards come with envelopes?
No, our shoot cards do not typically come with envelopes. However, we are able to provide them should you require them for an invitiation or card. We can discuss options to suit your design and preferences.
Can you help with wording?
Absolutely. If you are unsure what to include, we can suggest appropriate wording to suit the style and formality of your shoot.
Can I see examples of previous work?
Yes — examples of previous designs can be viewed on our website. If you are looking for something specific, we are happy to share additional examples. If you would like to see a physical sample please email us and we can get one posted out to you.
